Reflex Systems is actively seeking highly motivated sales people who want to join a dynamic, growing virtualization management and security provider in Atlanta, Ga. Reflex Systems is in a unique leadership position in the fast growing virtualization industry. We are looking to grow our team as we grow business.

We have positions currently available for result–oriented individuals who will focus directly on the tremendous revenue opportunities in the virtualization management market place. We are looking for aggressive, self motivated, professional sales people with successful and knowledgeable sales experience in selling solutions and services for the virtualized datacenter.

Locations

We have positions currently available in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, New Jersey, and southern California.

Job Description

The Account Executive role is based on assisting in revenue attainment through new business as well as management of our existing clientele within the virtualization management and security market. Reflex Systems is looking for a high energy salesperson to make a significant impact on our future. Reflex Systems will provide the correct individual with a career of unlimited potential.

Responsibilities

  • Qualification of leads
  • Phone prospecting
  • Appointment setting
  • Pipeline generation
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Preparation and presentation of sales proposals and quotes
  • Live demonstrations of our solution
  • Develop relationships with new and existing end-user customers and Reflex partners in order to drive the sales process and generate revenue
  • Responsible for a dedicated group of accounts in terms of goal attainment (quota), customer satisfaction and market coverage
  • Develop territory / account plans and prioritize resources and execute to meet or exceed sales quota
  • Utilize tools, systems and processes effectively in order to meet individual and organizational objectives
  • Discover and solve customer's business issues in order to identify & drive sales opportunities
  • Multitask and manage multiple projects and campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Information technology experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals.

Skill Set

Microsoft Office skills; proficient use and experience with email; familiarity of CRM tools; history of exceeding sales goals.
